1. LICENSE FOR PAID PRODUCTS
1.1. SCOPE OF THIS LICENSE
This License applies to any image, graphics, digital assets, or digital images created by CrunchPix and delivered to the Customer by purchasing from CrunchPix store (collectively known as “RESOURCES”).
1.2. RIGHTS
1.2.1. All resources and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the Resources are stored, remain the sole and exclusive property of the CrunchPix.
1.2.2. This license provides the Customer with the limited right to reproduce, publicly display, and distribute the Resources only for the agreed upon terms as set forth in this License.
1.3. GRANT OF RIGHTS
CrunchPix hereby grants to you (the Purchaser) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable, worldwide license to all resources purchased from CrunchPix store (the Licensed Assets):
1.3.1. You may use, copy, adapt and modify the Licensed Assets as many times as you need to create Derivative Works.
1.3.2. You may use the Licensed Assets and any Derivative Works as part of both Non-Monetized Media Products and Monetized Media Products, with no restriction on the number of projects the Licensed Assets may be used in. In either case, the Licensed Assets can be used in Media Products that are either.
1.3.3. Used for the Purchaser’s own personal use; and/or
1.3.4. Used for the Purchaser’s commercial use in which case it may be distributed, sold and supplied by the Purchaser for any fee that the Purchaser may determine.
Example: The purchaser can sell and distribute games or apps with our resources with no extra payments.
1.3.5. Credit is not necessary but will be highly appreciated.
1.4. This License does NOT allow the Purchaser to:
1.4.1. Use the Licensed Assets or Derivative Works in a logo, trademark or service mark;
1.4.2. Use, resell, share, transfer, give away, repackage, sublicense or redistribute the Licensed Assets or Derivate Works other than as part of the relevant Media Product, no matter how much they are modified.
Example: The Licensed Assets purchased are for your use only. You may NOT include the original purchased our source files in any distribute end products; or
1.4.3. Allow the user of the Media Product to extract the Licensed Assets or Derivative Works and use them outside of the relevant Media Product.
2. LICENSE FOR FREE PRODUCTS
2.1. SCOPE OF THIS LICENSE
All assets offered as Free Products are sold under the License for Paid Products.
You can also use free assets in your games or apps for commercial use.
